10 years in law — reading contracts, managing risk, choosing words with surgical precision. Then I moved into tech and never looked back.

Since then 7+ years in IT & Digital: products shipped across e-commerce, EdTech, AI, ERP, marketing, design and MedTech. The most recent one — built from zero — architecture, payment integrations, UX, a distributed team.

Troubleshooter by default. I think in business outcomes, not tickets — the room, the people, the money, the risk. Strategy, delivery, stakeholders, conflict, hiring, the awkward conversation nobody wants to have. That's the job.
